Chunky Roast Pumpkin Chive Soup Warm hearty soups envelopes your tired body and soul with much love from the one who made it. One heart-warming paleo soup recipe is made up of chunky roast pumpkin and chives. Its base may be chicken or vegetable stock which gives the soup a fuller flavour and the chunky pumpkin creates that hearty body but not so much of a mushy feel in the mouth. The onions and chives give balance to the pumpkinís sweet smoky taste and a kick from chillies and aged balsamic vinegar with put more life into this not so ordinary pumpkin soup.
