Paleo Jamaican Jerk Chicken Skewers Paleo Jamaican Jerk Chicken Skewers is one of my families favorite meals, best part is Paleo Jamaican Jerk Chicken Skewers are gluten free and 100% paleo diet approved.  Fire up your grill tonight and give these tasty guys a try.  Post your comments below letting us know what you think of the recipe. Serves 6-8 Ingredients: 2 lbs pasture raised chicken breasts 1/2 cup chopped green onions or chives 3 tsp garlic cloves, minced 2 Tbsp coconut oil 1-2 Tbsp hot sauce 1/4 Tbsp cayenne pepper 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon 3/4 Tbsp sea salt 1/2 Tbsp ground pepper Wooden or Medal Skewers Preparation: If wooden skewers soak skewers in water for 20 minutes so they don’t burn. Mix all ingredients except chicken in a large ziplock bag or bowl. Add chicken and seal well or cover if using bowl. Marinade 6-12 hours. Remove chicken from bag. Preheat broilers or grill. Place chicken on skewers and broil or grill 8-10 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
